České fórum pro rozvojovou spolupráci je platformou českých nevládních neziskových organizací (NNO) a dalších neziskových subjektů, které se zabývají rozvojovou spoluprací, rozvojovým vzděláváním a humanitární pomocí.

Členové a pozorovatelé

V současné době má FoRS již 38 členských a 22 pozorovatelských organizací, které působí ve více než 60 zemích světa a mají celkový obrat téměř 1 miliardu Kč.

AidWatch

FoRS každoročně vydává stínovou zprávu o české zahraniční rozvojové spolupráci - tvz. AidWatch. Tato zpráva je pohledem nevládních neziskových organizací sdružených ve FoRS na změny v realizaci české zahraniční rozvojové spolupráce.

Kodex efektivnosti

V roce 2011 členové a pozorovatelé FoRS přijali Kodex efektivnosti FoRS, jehož cílem je zvýšení efektivnosti rozvojové spolupráce. Součástí kodexu je systém pravidelného hodnocení dodržování schválených principů a indikátorů efektivnosti.

EuropeAid Helpdesk

Společný projekt FoRS a italské organizace punto.sud na podporu NNO a územních samospráv při přípravě a řízení projektů v oblasti rozvojové spolupráce financovaných z EuropeAid. Více info na webu EuropeAid Helpdesk

Development Education Summer School – DESS 2012 Change Lab – Engaging Local Society in Sustainable Development

Czech Forum for Development Co-operation FoRS in co-operation with the project DEEEP organizes the Development Education Summer School - DESS 2012. The general theme of DESS 2012 is local engagement in sustainable development. DESS 2012 will take place from 24 June to 30 June 2012 in Legner Hotel Zvánovice. The Summer School is targeted on NGO participants from EU and non-EU countries working in the field of global/development education and environmental education. This international event with a tradition since 1997 is held in a different EU member state each year. DESS 2012 is based on a mixture of methods stressing participants" work in five working groups aimed at different target groups (general public, formal and non-formal education, advocacy and private sector).

AidWatch - Initiative on the quantity and quality of Development Assistance in EU

The CONCORD "AidWatch" Initiative monitors and advocates on the quantity and quality of the Official Development Assistance (ODA) provided by European Member States and the European Commission.

Appeal to the candidates of the 2009 European Elections

The national platforms of the Visegrad countries FoRS, MVRO, Zagranica and Hand in cooperation with the European NGO confederation CONCORD address their manifesto about development cooperation to the candidates of the upcoming European Parliament elections. This year, the elections will take place on 5 and 6 June in the Czech Republic. Elected MEPs will then influence EU policies including development policy for the next five years.
